Cookies
We use one functional cookie (ws-session) to maintain your login session. It is an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookie. It is never used for advertising.
Plausible Analytics is used for site analytics and is cookie-free — it does not track individuals, fingerprint browsers, or set any cookies.
Data stored in your browser
You can use WealthSerene’s tools, assessments, and planners without creating an account. When you do, what you enter (for example calculator inputs, portfolio holdings, and plan answers) is saved in your browser’s local storage on your device — it is never sent to our servers. Because it lives on your device, anyone who uses the same browser can see it. On a shared or public computer, we recommend clearing it when you finish.
You can review and delete everything stored on your device at any time on the Your Data on This Device page. Creating a free account moves your data into secure server-side storage tied to your login, and signing out clears financial data from the device automatically.
